This program is designed for experienced professionals, particularly those in senior roles or looking to step into leadership positions. If you’re early in your career and not yet in a management role, this may not be the best fit.

Oof, I understand this concern so deeply because many of my clients feel this way in the beginning. Coaching isn’t a magic fix. While I can’t guarantee specific outcomes, what I can promise is that working with me will give you the tools, strategies, and support to approach your challenges differently.

Even if external circumstances don’t shift immediately, coaching often helps you manage difficult situations with more clarity and confidence. Sometimes, the biggest changes are internal — feeling more empowered, setting healthier boundaries, or understanding what you truly need to thrive.

Therapy typically focuses on healing: processing the past and addressing psychological patterns. That's valuable work, but it's not what we do here.

Mentoring usually means someone shares their own experience and tells you what worked for them. That can be helpful, but it assumes your path should look like theirs.

Coaching is different. My role isn't to tell you what to do or to process what happened to you. It's to help you think more clearly about what you actually want, what's getting in the way, and what your next step looks like given your values, your context, and your goals. I'm also deepening this work through postgraduate studies in goal-oriented counseling, which sharpens my ability to recognize patterns around mental illnesses and support you with care, while staying clearly within the scope of coaching rather than therapy.

No, I don’t conduct market or job listing research for my clients. While I might have some helpful leads or insights on how to proceed, my role as a coach is to advise and support you. I’ll guide you on how to approach this process and where to look for the best opportunities.

I don’t offer one-off coaching sessions because meaningful change takes time. Coaching is most effective when we build a trusting relationship, dive deep into your challenges, and create a thoughtful, sustainable plan for your growth. That’s why my coaching packages are designed to provide consistent support over a set period.

Many of my clients appreciate the support, clarity, and momentum that comes with our partnership and extend our work together. It naturally transforms into the Insight Track program (or let’s discuss what fits best to your journey).

I offer ongoing enrollment, so you can begin whenever you’re ready. However, I do take on a limited number of clients at a time to ensure I provide each person with the attention and support they deserve.

The first step is to book your complimentary chemistry call, where we’ll determine if we’re a good fit. After that, once the contract is signed and payment is settled, you can typically schedule your kick-off call within 1-2 weeks of the chemistry call.
